Shipping

We ship to most address in Australia and to selected countries outside Australia. Please contact us if your location is not listed below. There may be certain remote location that we are unable to ship to due to cost. When order is placed, an estimate will be provided for shipping cost. Should there be a variation to the actual freight cost, we will get in touch with you. If you choose not to proceed with additional freight charges, we simply cancel the order and refund payment made.

For bigger items, please contact us if you would like a shipping quote.

There may also be certain restrictions with products that are not shippable. Please contact us if unsure.

We only use reputable and reliable freight companies e.g. Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please.

All items will be shipped without insurance. However, we can always add insurance at your cost. Please contact us for more information.

Returns and Exchange

Returns and exchange for the following are not accepted.

  • All vinyl records (new and second hand)
  • Second hand Hi-Fi equipment
  • Change of mind

Should there be a need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first before sending item back. Exchange requires an approval from us. You may return goods in it’s original packaging (and all contents e.g. manuals/documentations/blank warranty cards) for an exchange within 7 days from date of purchase.

When sending item(s) back, place the original manufacturer’s box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Groove Audio reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return shipping and all related costs (for sending item back) are the responsibility of the buyer. For added protection, ship item(s) back with insurance and add tracking option. Groove Audio will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

Warranty

Second hand Hi-Fi equipment comes with 3 months warranty unless stated otherwise.

New Hi-Fi equipment comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.
